You'll manage a diverse caseload of contentious matters across multiple practice areas, working with broad autonomy whilst receiving excellent support from senior colleagues. The role offers genuine career progression opportunities within a firm that values professional excellence and business development.Litigation Lawyer ResponsibilitiesManage comprehensive day-to-day caseload of dispute resolution matters from inception to conclusionProvide expert legal advice and representation across various contentious practice areasConduct thorough case analysis, legal research, and strategic planning for optimal client outcomesDraft high-quality legal documents including statements of case, witness statements, and correspondenceRepresent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as appropriateMaintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in relevant areas of lawBuild and maintain strong network of professional contacts and referral sourcesDevelop and nurture client relationships whilst identifying opportunities for practice growthCollaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and practice areasLitigation Lawyer RequirementsQualified Solicitor, CILEX professional, or experienced senior Paralegal with litigation expertiseExperience in general dispute resolution and litigation mattersStrong technical ability across multiple areas of contentious workExcellent case management skills with proven ability to handle complex caseloads independentlyOutstanding communication and advocacy skills, both written and oralCommercial awareness with understanding of client relationship managementAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in business development and networking activities would be advantageousBenefitsCompetitive salary DOE25 days paid annual leave excluding bank holidaysComprehensive health insurance Cycle to Work scheme Plus so much more!The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be an ambitious litigation professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
