HEAD OF PROJECTSCentral London, EC2M 2QS | Full-Time | Permanent | Banking ContractWe’re hiring a Head of Projects to lead a diverse portfolio of capital works for a major global client in the banking sector.This is a high-profile leadership opportunity offering exposure to multi-million-pound projects across critical environments - ideal for a commercially astute project leader ready to shape strategic outcomes across the UK and beyond.What you’ll be doing:Lead full project lifecycle from concept to completion across a varied capital works programmeDeliver against time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability targetsDevelop strategies that align project delivery with broader organisational goalsOversee stakeholder engagement with senior leaders across ISS and client teamsPrepare and present bids/tenders, and lead on risk and compliance managementChampion standards of excellence across all design, planning, and execution phasesAbout You:Proven experience managing complex capital projects (£50k–£5M+)Strong understanding of FM operations - preferably in critical/banking environmentsKnowledge of risk, safety and compliance frameworksSkilled in stakeholder engagement and senior client presentationsConfident with data-driven reporting and project documentationAPM or PRINCE2 qualified (essential)This is a key opportunity to influence long-term project success and deliver measurable business impact in a collaborative, global environment.ISS is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed (Level 2) employer.
