About The Role:An award-winning design studio is seeking an experienced and ambitious Workplace Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team. This role suits a self-motivated designer looking to step into a more strategic role and make your mark on innovative workplace interiors.Our client is based in a bustling and exciting part of town and offer career development opportunities, and a good benefits package.Key Responsibilities:Lead workplace and commercial design projects from initial brief through to deliveryDevelop concepts with strong creative direction and high design standardsManage internal teams, timelines, and project resources across all RIBA stagesProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and graduatesCollaborate directly with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors throughout the project lifecycleEngage in business development efforts and actively pursue new project opportunitiesProduce and coordinate comprehensive interior design and FF&E packagesContribute to the development of fee proposals and presentation materialAttend site visits and client meetings, providing clear and professional representation of the studioKey Skills/Requirements:Minimum 8–10 years of interior design experience, with a strong focus on workplace and commercial interiorsProven ability to lead design teams and manage multiple projects at various stagesExcellent communication and client-facing skills, with confidence in presentations and meetingsSkilled in both interior architecture and FF&E design, with a strong eye for detailAbility to manage project budgets, procurement, and documentation effectivelyConfident working with suppliers and coordinating across multiple disciplinesPositive, proactive and solution-focused attitudeGood knowledge of current trends in workplace design and business developmentPrevious experience in writing or contributing to fee proposals and marketing strategies is a plusAutoCAD (essential)Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign and Photoshop (essential)SketchUp or similar 3D modelling software (preferred)To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).By applying for this role, you are confirming that you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website), and that all details submitted by you are correct and to the best of your knowledge.The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
