You will manage the end-to-end freight forwarding process for our key customer accounts, handling shipments via Sea, Air, European Road, and Courier services for both Import and Export.About the RoleAs a Freight Forwarding Operator, you will be responsible for:Coordinating Sea Imports, including UK landing, customs clearance, and container haulage.Managing the entire shipping process from booking to delivery.Arranging documentation and ensuring compliance with customs procedures.Tracking shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery.Delivering exceptional service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking motivated individuals with a Freight Forwarding background who are eager to develop a long-term career in the industry. The ideal candidate will have:Required Qualifications:Previous experience in Freight Forwarding (Import or Export).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.A proactive and positive attitude with excellent communication abilities.Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).A team-oriented mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):1+ years’ experience in Import/Export operations.Knowledge of Sea, Air, Road, and Courier logistics.Customs clearance experience and familiarity with relevant procedures.Why Join Us?At Oceanside Logistics Ltd, we believe in investing in our team.
