Reward ManagerGlasgow (hybrid working, 3 days on site, 2 days at home)Full Time, PermanentSalary up to £70k + benefitsIconic Resourcing HR are partnering with a renowned global consumer brand with deep-rooted heritage and a strong culture of excellence to recruit a Reward Manager into their Group HR function.This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver key reward initiatives across a truly international organisation, ensuring fairness, transparency, and market alignment in how reward is managed across multiple regions.As Reward Manager, you’ll take the lead on the design and execution of core reward frameworks including job evaluation, pay structures, bonus modelling, and benefits. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and regional HR teams, supporting both annual cycles and longer-term strategic projects.Day to day you will be responsible for:Deliver fair and consistent job design and job evaluation processesLead on the development and implementation of job family models and career frameworksSupport annual pay review and bonus cycles, ensuring accuracy and stakeholder engagementAnalyse and model complex reward data to inform business decisionsManage participation in global reward benchmarking surveysProvide expert guidance on global benefits and evolving market practicesDevelop reward communications that engage and inform employees globallyAct as a trusted advisor to the HR community and business leaders on all things rewardWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a reward, compensation, or total rewards role within a complex organisationStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data with precisionSolid understanding of job evaluation methodologies and career frameworksExperience working with global benefits and benchmarking providersExcellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at a senior levelA proactive, collaborative approach and genuine passion for reward and HR best practiceTo apply for this role, please send your CV or contact Emma Pringle at Iconic Resourcing for a confidential chat and further details.
