Stocked by major retailers and backed by a loyal community, the brand is growing fast — and now needs a sharp, commercially minded operator to help drive the next phase of scale.As Head of Commercial & Operations, you’ll be the engine room of the business — leading across Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial Strategy.Reporting into the founders, you’ll own day-to-day operations while shaping long-term commercial decisions — ensuring the business scales efficiently, profitably, and with clarity.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial planning, forecasting, and margin analysisOwn relationships with 3PL partners and oversee global fulfilment & returnsAlign operations with Buying, Merch, and Product for seamless deliveryManage the Customer Service team and champion customer experienceLead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and drive performanceHelp bring structure, data, and rigour to a creative, fast-moving environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Strong commercial acumen and understanding of unit economicsExperience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer e-commerce (ideally in a scale-up or DTC model)Background in operations, logistics, finance, or commercial leadershipHands-on mindset and ability to move between detail and strategy with easeStrong communicator and natural cross-functional collaboratorBased in or around Manchester (4 days in-office preferred)Why Apply?Join a business at a truly exciting growth point, with real opportunity to make your markWork directly with inspiring founders and play a critical role in shaping scaleGain broad leadership exposure across commercial strategy and operational deliveryBe part of a smart, energetic, values-led team on an upward trajectory
