Want real responsibility to make decisions on your own multiple (non technical) projects and improve your PM skills?Excellent training, a real encouraging/learning type of environment Location – Maidenhead/M25/West London/Slough area – Hybrid flexible working model CompanyOur client is forward thinking, modern, innovative media publishing, live events and education solutions company aimed at the global healthcare professional audience.They provide a wide range of innovative media driven promotional projects, events, and educational programmes in key health areas that really improve patient outcomes across the globe and ensure health care professionals are kept up to speed in the ever changing health areas.Working as part of a thriving project delivery team you will act as the key link between the external clients and internal teams to pull together the solutions, making sure all aspects of projects are successful.Taking full ownership of the successful planning, execution of multiple projects/events on time and within budget in what is an empowering and busy, media led (non technical) project environment.What YOU GetVariety of leading or supporting in multiple media content led promotional/educational projects and events, from inception to launch. You take full ownership of planning/executing your own end to end projects as well as supporting in others. Here you get to make real decisions whilst you develop your PM skills.Internal stakeholder management of various teams throughout the project delivery cycle, external senior client stakeholder management, leading these digital/live projects/events that make a real difference in health outcomes.Strong training to increase your PM potential, wellbeing services play a key part in the companies approach to provide progressive employee support.You2 years’ or more commercial experience gained in a client supporting related role in Event Management, Project Management (non technical) or from a similar position in a busy project delivery based environment. Any health/medical related experience in some shape or form would help and you are likely to understand busy content led environments such as events, media communications, publishing, media agency or similar busy project delivery led environments.As important as your experience will be your desire to learn, get things done, be resilient and enjoy the challenges of working effectively with internal/external stakeholders. You will enjoy fast moving environments and want the responsibility to think and run your own projects.
