This is a rare opportunity to join a blue-chip investment team with a strong track record, institutional processes, and robust deal flow.The Role As a Vice President within the Direct Lending team, you will play a central role in originating, evaluating, structuring, and executing private credit investments, with a particular focus on sponsor-backed transactions in France. You will work closely with senior investment professionals, contribute to investment committee discussions, and take ownership across the deal lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of private debt investments, including due diligence, financial modeling, credit analysis, and documentationActively source and develop relationships with private equity sponsors, advisers, and corporates in the French marketPresent and defend investment opportunities to the global ICOversee junior team members and help drive team efficiency and performanceMonitor portfolio companies and support ongoing value creation and risk managementCandidate ProfileNative-level French and fluent English8–10 years of experience in direct lending, private credit, or leveraged finance (investment banking, debt advisory, or buyside)Demonstrated ability to lead transactions end-to-end, including deal structuring and negotiationDeep understanding of credit risk, capital structures, and legal frameworksProven network in the French private equity ecosystem is a plus
