Assistant Manager – Strategy & Performance (Industrial Markets & Defence)Base Location: London KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for an Assistant Manager role, with experience in Industrial Markets and Defence (IM&D) across one or more of our core propositions: Enterprise-wide Transformation, Growth Strategy, Cost and Operational Strategy, and Commercial and Operational Due Diligence.The Strategy & Performance Transformation team is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour. Liaise effectively with clients while working on engagements and act as an 'ambassador' for KMPGDesign and run small projects and / or large, complex workstreams with limited oversightProduct client-ready deliverables that exceed expectations and require limited reviewDevelop solutions to complex problems and challenge the thinking of more senior colleagues and clientsContribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activitiesConstruct detailed financial / business models performing complex scenario and sensitivity analysisEnsure the firm's risk management frameworks are adhered toBe a strong effective team playerProvide timely feedback and coaching to other team membersSupport practice development activities to ensure successful delivery of initiativesWhat will you need to do it?
