We are recruiting for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer in the Lancashire region on a full-time, temporary basis, paying up to £25 per hour. Your new role Investigating complaints related to ASB such as noise nuisance, harassment, vandalism, hate crime and domestic violence. Gather evidence and assess the situation to establish appropriate actions Provide support to victims, help navigate reporting processes and access to resources. Liaising with other agencies such as the police or social services. Conducting enforcement activities to address and mitigate ASB, which involves issuing warnings, notices or taking legal action if needed. Self-representing in court, where appropriate. Work with community groups/ residents to make sure they are aware of community standards and promote a safe environment. Includes preventative measures and community-based strategies Collab with various stakeholders such as local authorities/law enforcement and housing associations to reduce ASB with strategies for the community. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in an ASB Management of Tenancy Enforcement Officer role. Experience investigating ASB cases and gathering evidence, including witness statements.
