Garden Maintenance Team Leader | Orpington / Dartford | Full Time | Circa £38,000 (plus overtime) depending on experience Our client is a long-established landscape company that requires an experienced team leader to join their highly respected firm. The company look after a variety of commercial and domestic properties and is looking for a candidate with a high level of experience to join the team. In this role, there is the potential for advancement beyond garden maintenance to include responsibilities such as pricing and, eventually, managerial duties. Horticultural qualifications A minimum of 2 years of team leader experience A good eye for detail, punctual & reliable with a good work ethic Good knowledge of plants, garden maintenance & the tools used (power & hand) Good organisational skills, well presented & good communication skills An enthusiastic & passionate attitude towards their work Clean driver's licence.
