Production Operatives play an essential part in the supply chain, they use their Technical skills to drive a Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People culture, using data to effectively improve machine performance. The ideal candidate will have production experience within a food / beverage environment and strong skill in problem solving, fault finding and machine management.
