Job DescriptionEnergy Adviser Ref: REQ004356 Fixed term contract until March 2026. £25,563.66 a year Leeds LS10 1JF or Home working Full time, 35 hours a week As Energy Adviser - Leeds you will manage a caseload of disabled households struggling with their energy and water bills, supporting, and empowering them over the phone. Customers in need of either more in-depth support, or support with water bills, will be referred to you by a separate team of advisers. The hours for this role will be varied over shift patterns working (Mon – Fri. 08:30 – 16:30 or 09:00 – 17:00) Location: Working at Scope's Leeds office (3 Brewery Wharf, Dock Street, Leeds, LS10 1JF)and working from home around meetings.
