You'll play a key role in ensuring both locations are safe, clean, and well-maintained.Key Responsibilities:General site upkeep and minor repairsRoutine cleaning and maintenance dutiesHealth & safety checks (e.g. fire alarms, emergency exits)Opening and closing buildings as neededReporting any major maintenance issuesAssisting with deliveries or site-related tasksRequirements:Previous caretaking or maintenance experience preferredPhysically fit and able to perform manual tasksReliable, punctual, and self-motivatedAble to work independently across two sitesRight to work in the UK#INDBRCBarker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
