We're seeking an experienced and hands-on optical expert to lead the design, development, and optimisation of advanced optical systems across our diverse product lines - from spectrophotometers and atomic spectroscopy instruments to imaging and laser-based systems.You'll collaborate with international teams to drive innovation, guide complex R&D initiatives, and solve challenging optical problems.
