Despite being just 5 years old, they have already made significant strides, producing two £1,000,000+ billers and establishing a solid reputation in the industry. While primarily contract-focused, the company has a team of six highly successful permanent billers and is looking for an experienced Head of Permanent Recruitment to lead and drive the growth of their permanent recruitment division.Role OverviewAs Head of Permanent Recruitment, you will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the permanent recruitment team, focused on expanding the UK and Europe markets. Your key responsibility will be to scale the existing permanent team, refine and implement recruitment strategies, and leverage the business’s success to push for further growth and high performance in the permanent recruitment space.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 6 permanent billers, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunitiesSet clear targets and KPIs for the team to drive results, focusing on growing permanent placements across the UK and EuropeCollaborate with senior leadership to align the permanent recruitment strategy with the company’s overall growth planIdentify opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes and continuously seek ways to increase efficiency and outputBuild relationships with key clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and market-leading recruitment practicesPlay a pivotal role in the company’s strategy to expand its permanent recruitment offeringsAbout You:Significant experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in managing and scaling permanent recruitment teamsDeep understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in tech, and the ability to translate this expertise into success for your teamStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team to high performanceA strategic thinker with a passion for growing and developing people and businessResults-driven, with a strong commercial mindsetCompetitive salary of up to £90,000 + commission and bonus structureOpportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with great growth potentialA company with a strong track record of success, with a supportive leadership team5 days a week in the officeIf you’re ready to take on an exciting challenge and lead a growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
