AI Biology TrainerAre you an expert in biology looking for a challenging role? Do you have experience with AI models and want to apply your knowledge to train and evaluate their performance?We are seeking a highly skilled biodiversity scientist or biologist to join our team as an AI Biology Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for training and evaluating AI chatbots on complex biology problems, providing diverse and realistic scenarios to test their abilities.This is a full-time or part-time remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy. You will have the opportunity to choose which projects you want to work on and can work on your own schedule. The hourly rate starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.The ideal candidate should have a current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD in a relevant field, such as microbiology, cell biology, genetics, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, or environmental science. Fluency in English is also required. Other key qualifications include detail-oriented skills, proficiency in biology and inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
