Role: Contract Change ManagerDomain: Energy & Commodities TradingProgramme: Embedding change toolkits and workstreamsLocation: London (Hybrid, 3 days per week)Rate: £650-800/day (Inside IR35)Length: Initial 3 months, strong scope to extend after initial phaseX4 are partnered with a global energy trading client to hire multiple Change Managers on a contract basis.You’ll play a key role in rolling out new change toolkits, upskilling teams in best-practice transformation and assuring quality delivery across initiatives within their analysis, design & transformation function.This includes designing and delivering change plans, developing toolkits to a high standard, leading or supporting change across IT programmes and working cross-functionally to embed consistent practices and build long-term capability.Requirements for the Change ManagerStrong experience in change management methodology and toolkit developmentProven ability to deliver high-quality, professional materialsSkilled in change strategy, impact assessment, transformation planning and communicationsIdeally experience in the commodities trading sector (or broader energy)While the initial contract is for 3 months, there’s strong potential for extension to embed meaningful, long-term change across the business.
