About The Role As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be part of the patient services team supporting the treatment of 100,000 patients across the UK. Your responsibilities include managing medication enquiries, booking deliveries, and coordinating prescriptions. You will also send letters to patients who could not be contacted and provide updates to hospitals. This role is within our contact centre, making a real difference to people's health by ensuring top-quality customer service. If you have excellent telephone manners and a caring nature, this role is suitable for you. Site Hours:Monday - Friday 08:00 - 22:00, Saturday 08:00 - 16:00. You may be asked to cover any 7.5-hour shift within these hours. Interview:After a short telephone interview, suitable candidates will be invited to an assessment evening on Thursday, 19th June from 5 pm.
