Whatever brought you here, now’s the perfect time to join a team that’s on its way to becoming the first billion-dollar Muslim app. We’re looking for a product marketing specialist to join the team to be our expert in all things Muslim marriage. Day to day Run experiments to improve conversions at key stages of the member journey, using push notifications, in app messaging, emails and even changes to the app itself Taking ownership of how we communicate with our members at every stage and continuously updating our messaging. Be imaginative on how we can solve the requirement at hand. You’ll work closely with marketing, engineering, data science, and our community support team to drive increased adoption and understanding of our features Creating seamless marketing campaigns to promote new products and features across all platforms Work with our marketing specialists to ensure we’re getting our messaging right to their countries and advise them on country specific messaging. Work closely with the Studio team to create engaging video, social media and website content Work with the UX team to feedback on existing features and coordinate how we speak to our members At Muzz we particularly want to highlight and promote our safety features – you’ll help us tell this story You’ll be an advocate for our members and feedback their needs to our feature teams What we're looking for This role is perfect for someone who’s got 2+ years experience working on product marketing or CRM strategies in the past but wants more ownership end to end You’ve worked in a startup or fast-paced consumer setting You’re organised and structured, but able to be flexible as this is a fast-paced startup – things change and we’ll need to change with them You’re someone who is results driven and isn’t afraid to rolls up their sleeves and delve into the nitty-gritty You’ve got previous experience running experiments on sending comms via different channels Ideally you have a strong understanding of Muslim cultures and what challenges/opportunities there might be marketing to this audience A great storyteller who will proudly be one of the global faces of Muzz Bonus: you’ll have experience working on international app products Requirements 2+ Years experience working in a product marketing or CRM role Excellent management and communication skills.
