Scope and Purpose Undertake banker role for FI clients with the ability to have strategy discussions with senior stakeholders. Drive selected client relationships with stakeholders on the client side for a designated portfolio. Liaise laterally and vertically with stakeholders, peers, and juniors to foster client dialogue, owning the relationship with the client. Identify and pursue cross-buy opportunities. Support transaction execution where appropriate. Assist in preparing commercial and credit committee applications. Organize and coordinate internal deal teams to facilitate origination. Required Experience 10+ years of experience in the banking industry with markets and/or relationship exposure. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications. Proven extensive network of FI client relationships and established business origination skills in a financial services institution. Knowledge of Financial Markets products. Background in Credit products. Understanding of the regulatory framework, requirements, and expectations. Strong skills in building relationships with clients and client origination.
