We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Early Years with a passion for inspiring students and developing their expertise in early childhood education. Your role will involve designing engaging lessons, setting clear and achievable learning objectives, tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages hands-on learning and professional growth. Teaching Early Years at South Bank Colleges is an incredibly rewarding career. You’ll foster creativity, encourage empathy, and cultivate a lifelong passion for supporting young children’s learning, all while making a tangible impact on students’ success in this vital and nurturing field. Skills & Experience The ideal candidate must have the following; A recognised Level 3 teaching qualification or subject specialism in Early Years. Experience of teaching Early Years effectively in a further education college or significant experience within the sector. Willingness to work flexibly to deliver a student focused curriculum (including working up to two evenings a week). Commitment to an inclusive education. This role is offered on a Full time (36 hours per week) and Permanent basis. Closing Date: Wednesday 30 July 2025, at 11.59pm.
