We are a small, rural village school with fantastic pupils and amazing staff. The successful candidate will be happy, kind, caring and able to uphold the Christian ethos of the school.Duties Will IncludeLeading a dedicated team of Lunchtime Supervisors Ensuring the safety, welfare and happiness of our pupils during lunch break Playing a key role in creating a positive, inclusive and supportive environment Ensuring pupils move to the dining room in a controlled and orderly fashion Provide practical support for pupils in the dining hall and the playground Be dedicated and patient Maintaining school rules and behaviour around school Reporting any accidents/liaise with a first aider as necessary Be able to work effectively with pupils and within a team of other staff members Be willing to undertake necessary trainingWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff are subject to an enhanced DBS check. A conviction may not exclude candidates from appointment but will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
