We are looking for a Business Support Apprenticeship Trainer to join us at Zenith Training. The role involves providing excellent teaching and learning sessions for Customer Service and Business Administration apprenticeship standards, both face-to-face and remotely. You will manage a caseload of learners and employers, ensuring timely achievements and progression. Additionally, you will support the raising of standards in accordance with the aims and strategic objectives of the organisation. Role responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality apprenticeship standards using methods that stimulate learning suitable to learner needs and programme demands, both face-to-face and remote, including 1-2-1 and group sessions when required. Preparing relevant course materials, including resources, lesson plans, and Scheme of Work (SoW), that meet awarding body requirements. Using initial assessment results to tailor learning plans to meet individual needs. Liaising with employers to develop training programmes that satisfy their requirements and add value to learners. Monitoring learner progress to ensure continued learning and timely achievement. Supporting achievement of KPIs, business performance, and contractual targets related to learner retention and success rates. Providing thorough feedback to employers and learners during reviews on progress. Seeking feedback from learners on learning materials to review and improve the service and learning experience. Working closely with the Quality and Compliance team to ensure paperwork and systems are completed accurately and within deadlines. Acting on feedback from observations, employers, peers, and reviews. Keeping up-to-date with Ofsted, awarding organizations, and stakeholder requirements. Participating in IQA activities and gaining relevant qualifications as needed. Providing impartial advice and guidance to support learner progression. Promoting safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, Maths, and English in all sessions. Using diverse delivery methods suitable to learner needs. Tracking and recording learner progress accurately. Completing weekly update meetings and monthly caseload reports. Delivering against internal standards and participating in audits. Contributing to external audits from awarding organizations and funders. Maintaining knowledge of all programmes, including apprenticeships, commercial offers, and recruitment services. Providing high levels of customer service to all learners and contacts. Having experience delivering vocational qualifications to diverse groups of learners. Holding a full teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, PCET, DTLLS) and recognised assessor awards (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, CAVA). Possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience of working independently and using initiative. Experience with online learning and assessment platforms. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve success measures. Understanding different learning styles and effective teaching methods. Having a full, clean driving license and willingness to travel (business insurance required).
