Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Post 16 College, Chelmsford Location:Chelmsford Start Date:ASAP Daily Rate:GBP90 GBP110 (depending on experience) We are currently seeking a dedicatedLearning Support Assistant (LSA)to join a dynamic and supportive Post-16 college setting inChelmsford . This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional learning needs. Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored support to students aged with a range of additional needs (including SEN, ASD, and SEMH).Assist in lessons, promote engagement, and encourage independence.Work closely with teaching staff to ensure all students have access to the curriculum.Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.Ideal Candidate:Experience working with young people in an educational or care setting.Patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting learners.A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).This role isfull-time , Monday to Friday, and startsimmediately .
