Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Technology & Data InfrastructureDefine and implement data architecture solutions to support pay transparency, including the setup or enhancement of a data lake or other data housing platform. Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant data flow to enable cross-functional access and insight. Data Flow & Analytics EnablementDesign and maintain data flows and pipelines for reward and workforce data, enabling timely and accurate reporting. Support integration of pay transparency data with existing analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Workday). Query Management & User ExperienceDevelop or support tools that enable colleagues to submit pay-related queries through self-service portals or integrated HR platforms. Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and support teams to enhance the user journey and case tracking. Data Analysis & Scenario ModellingConduct analysis to identify trends, gaps, and compliance risks. Support modelling of “what-if” scenarios, including simulations of reward structures, policy changes, or transparency thresholds. Provide input on cost implications of various transparency initiatives or system changes. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Reward, Legal, HRIS, IT, and People Analytics teams to align on data definitions, governance, and reporting needs. Translate technical requirements into business-friendly outputs for non-technical stakeholders. Documentation & ComplianceCreate detailed documentation of system configurations, data models, and decision logic for internal audit and transparency compliance. Monitor data privacy and regulatory risks related to pay data access and usage.What You’ll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:Experience in a technical analyst, data analyst, or HR technology role within a complex organisation. Proficiency in working with data lakes, SQL, ETL tools, and business intelligence platforms. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and integration tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Understanding of pay transparency legislation and reward principles is a plus DesirableExperience designing or implementing employee-facing tech tools (e.g., case portals, dashboards). Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with scenario planning or cost modelling tools. Does this sound like you?
