About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. Working alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care, assisting with personal care, meal times, daily routines and meaningful activities. Your support will help create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where residents can thrive. NISCC registration (or able to obtain within 6 months) Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be aged 18 or over upon commencement of the role. Eligibility to live and work in the UK( this role does not meet Home Office requirements for sponsorship ) Medical fitness to carry out physical requirements of the role. While we particularly welcome candidates with the following qualities, they are not essential: Previous paid or unpaid experience in providing care in all aspects of daily living.
