This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team while delivering exceptional, person-centred care to our residents.About the Role:As aSenior Care Assistant , you will oversee and guide the care team, ensure high standards of care, and support residents through their daily routines. You will be responsible for administering medication, observing changes in residents' conditions, and directing appropriate care. Experience in providing care during night shifts. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.Main Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with safeguarding vulnerable adults’ policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and create or update care plans in line with residents’ needs and preferences.
