Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them maintain a good quality of life. Help residents maintain independence where possible, encouraging involvement in activities. Assist with moving and handling residents using appropriate techniques and equipment. Support the nursing and healthcare team by monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any changes in their health or behaviour. Previous experience in Health and Social Care preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A good standard of oral and written English. A non-judgemental approach to others. Excellent communication skills with the compassion required to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
