Our RoleThe Learning & Development Digital Specialist will be key to shaping TWC’s future digital learning landscape. This FTC role is tasked with recognising the opportunities to drive digital learning within the business and to lead the transformation of how learning is delivered by leveraging innovative technologies and methodologies within and beyond our Development Hub - our new LMS provided by Kallidus. Passionate about digital learning, the specialist will create, implement, and manage engaging digital content that supports the professional growth of all employees. This role will work alongside our L&D Manager in driving our Learning Offer, supporting content creation, optimising our new LMS, and driving digital innovation to embed digital learning into the company’s culture and strategies. We are looking for someone with proven experience in driving digital learning within a retail business, utilising new technology, great data and the ability to drive digital solutions. What you’ll be doingDeveloping Digital Learning Solutions Review our current approach to Digital Learning and make short- and long-term recommendations to drive this as part of both our current and future Learning Offer. Research and implement the latest digital learning trends, tools, and technologies to enhance learning experiences across our Head Offices and within our stores. Champion using digital tools to engage employees in learning and development initiatives. Design and produce high-quality digital learning content, including eLearning modules, instructional videos, and microlearning resources. Support our People Team in driving core People Projects by championing the use of our Development Hub, including the introduction of our new Performance Review cycle. Partner with subject matter experts to create bespoke, on-brand content tailored to the needs of the business. Integrate system-provided content with bespoke materials to build comprehensive learning pathways on the LMS. LMS Management & OptimisationManage the ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and innovation of the Learning Management System (LMS) supported by our L&D Advisor. Partner with our Comms and Engagement (C&E) and Creative team to ensure the LMS is user-friendly, visually engaging, and aligned with TWC brand standards. Collaborate with L&D Team, Loss Prevention, I.T., and H&S Teams to implement mandatory training and oversee LMS operations. Tracking and ReportingMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning solutions using analytics and feedback to ensure business impact. Provide regular reports on LMS engagement, completion rates, and learning effectiveness to key stakeholders. To be the L&D data owner and expert to support our wider TNA and insights. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D training initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvement. Report on key metrics to demonstrate the impact of learning solutions on individual and business performance. The skills and experience you’ll needProven experience in implementing, designing and delivering digital learning solutions, ideally in a retail or luxury brand environment. Ability to translate business needs into engaging digital learning experiences. Proficiency/passion for Learning Management System (LMS) optimisation. Strong technical skills in digital content creation, including eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and video editing software. Familiarity with communication tools like Workplace/Mentimeter to support learning engagements and data pulling to help us tell stories. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality, on-brand content.
