What you can expect Salary - £70K Location - Watford - 3 days a week onsite Full time permanent Main responsibilities as a Contact Centre Team Manager We’re looking for a skilled and hands-onDigital Test Automation Engineerto help shape and drive our test automation strategy across both web and mobile apps. This is a great opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and make a real impact on how we build and release digital products. Inputting on the design and implementation of end-to-end test automation for web and native mobile apps. Collaborating daily with developers, external partners, and digital product teams to ensure quality is embedded at every stage. Working on all testing activities—covering functional, performance, compatibility, accessibility, and security testing. The opportunity to mentor juniors on automation best practices, tool selection, and industry standards. Main Skills/ Requirements: A strong automation background with at least 3 years of dedicated test automation experience. Proven experience in setting up test automation frameworks for mobile apps using native tools. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines—preferably with GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
