Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical and detailing skills to join our team in Belfast. In this position you will be primarily responsible for delivering the detailed design and construction stages of architectural projects, ensuring that they align with the relevant Statutory and Building Regulations. Key Responsibilities & Duties include: Assume responsibility for day-to-day management of the projects assigned to you and report directly to the Project Lead. Prepare and submit statutory applications, tender packages including drawings, schedules, specifications and construction documentation. Coordinate with various design professionals including engineers and other stakeholders. Attending meetings with clients, design teams, contractors and other specialists. Implement and uphold quality control measures across projects. Carry out site inspections and oversee construction to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve queries as they may arise. Develop younger team members. Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology. 7-10 years’ experience, with previous success delivering medium to large scale residential projects. Thorough understanding and application of the England and Northern Irish building regulations. Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in both design and construction phases compliance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Revit Skills. Experience in specification writing Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
