Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in civils and groundworks? We are a well-established, forward-thinking contractor based in the North West t of England, seeking a driven and knowledgeable Contracts Manager to oversee a variety of projects across the region. About Us: We specialise in delivering high-quality groundworks and civil engineering packages across the commercial, and industrial sectors. With a reputation for reliability, quality, and safety, we work closely with major housebuilders and developers throughout the North West. Role Responsibilities: Oversee multiple civils and groundworks projects from tender through to final account.Must have experience and be competent to use ASTA / write programsManage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards.Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and clear communication.Ensure compliance with all health 'safety regulations and company procedures.Contribute to programming, resourcing, procurement, and financial tracking of each project.Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to tender submissions.Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the civils or groundworks sector.Strong technical knowledge of groundworks, infrastructure, and civil engineering methods.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Full UK driving licence.SMSTS, CSCS (Managerial), and First Aid preferred.What We Offer: A competitive salary package tailored to experience.Company car or allowance.Pension scheme and holiday entitlement.A secure pipeline of work across the North East.Opportunity to join a growing company with a strong reputation and a close-knit team culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
