With demand for our weight loss service skyrocketing, we re expanding further. With our weight loss services now supporting thousands across the UK, we re looking for dedicated Pharmacy Dispensers to help us grow and continue putting patient care first. What you ll be doing: As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you ll play a hands-on role in dispensing medications across a range of our services from GLP-1 weight loss treatments to dermatology, men s health, and more supporting each patient s journey with care and accuracy. Working closely with our pharmacists and packing team, you ll help ensure medications are processed with precision and dispatched rapidly meeting our customer promise to patients of safe, high-quality care, delivered in record time. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Accurately selecting and labelling pharmaceutical products according to prescriptions and SOPsPrinting medication labels and GP lettersSafely dispatching medications to patientsMaintaining accurate and compliant Patient Medication Records (PMRs)Identifying and flagging any medicine-related issues to the PharmacistHandling stock control, storage, and expiry checksProcessing returns and managing stock logsOrganising batch sheets with expiry dates in mindEnsuring GP letters are sent out and following up with patientsWhat you ll bring: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Dispensing Assistant training, accredited and completed under a Responsible Pharmacist or ACTAn eye for detail and strong organisational skillsConfidence using IT systemsComfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentPrevious pharmacy or warehouse experience is a bonus but not essentialWhy join us?
