In this role, you will manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters. These include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and other related matters. You will work closely with the Head of Department and other Fee Earners, supported by a team of legal assistants.If you're ready to take the next step in your career with a leading firm, apply today to join our team at Charsley Harrison LLP.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion Supervise and train junior members of the team Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages Ensure effective communication with clients, handling queries face-to-face, over the phone, and in writing Work with case management systems and Microsoft packages Identify opportunities for business development and building strong relationships with clients and introducersBenefitsAttractive company pension scheme.
