Care Assistant - Part-Time ( 12.64/hour) Do you have a passion for making a difference in someone's life? We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our care team and help deliver high-quality support in a vibrant residential care home setting. What You'll Do You'll work closely with residents, supporting their emotional, social, physical, and psychological well-being while maintaining dignity and independence. Responsibilities include: Personal care: washing, dressing, and hygiene support Mobility assistance and pressure care Meal support and preparation Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes Supporting with daily activities and social engagement Night checks and security duties where applicable End-of-life care and safeguarding support Light cleaning and laundry duties About You We're looking for someone with: A caring and empathetic nature Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and adapt quickly Previous care experience (desirable, not essential) Willingness to work towards NVQ Level II in Care Practice Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is required. Night shifts may also be available. Training & Development You'll receive ongoing training and support to help you thrive and grow in your role. Attendance at team meetings and training sessions is a key part of the job.
