As our SeniorSafety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Advisoryou'll be a highly organised, efficient multitasking, forward thinking and self motivated. Providingadvice, guidance and governance, while ensuring the completion of audits, inspections and incident investigations to identify improvements and maintain mandatory standards.You’ll be part of a team responsible for supporting SHEQ performance within your allocated work stream. W orking closely with management and operational teams, ensuring a strategic and proactive approach to managing SHEQ performance while striving for continual improvement. You'll be confident in interacting with operational teams, conducting site visits, audits and briefings to teams and subcontractors.You'll be based across South London and Thames Valley. What you’ll bring Experience of the utilities and/or construction sector. Experience of implementing and maintaining CDM requirements within principal contractor and or contractor organisation. Relevant and recognised H&S qualifications and experience. Willingness and confidence in engaging with management and operational teams whilst demonstrating high standards of safety behaviour. Leading by example and promoting a positive safety culture. Development and maintenance of records and reports.
