Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for anOnsite Contract Consultantto join our team based at our customer’s premises on DIRFT Logistics Park, Northampton.This is a fast-paced role requiring a strong attention to detail and would suit an individual who enjoys the camaraderie of interacting with people on a large scale.Daily roles include but are not limited to:Processing payrollScreening and interviewing candidatesBooking candidate registration interviews and processing documentsInterviewing candidatesCompliance checks – including driver infringements and working time managementResourcing weekly plansAssisting transport office to fill short notice staffing gapsBuilding strong relationshipsAssisting the Planning Manager in filling weekly plansVisiting surrounding sites to discuss and support with operational complianceThe successful candidate will have experience in large scale recruitment and be able to demonstrate having developed strong working relationships across the workforce and with their customers. We would also like to see, although not essential, experience within driving recruitment and a working understanding of drivers working hours and regulations.Pertemps is full of hard working and dedicated staff who have one vision - to provide value and the best possible service to our client.
