Base pay rangeAn established and fast-growing B2B company is seeking a commercially drivenMarketing Campaign Managerto join its performance marketing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns designed to drive high-quality leads and contribute directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-led, and comfortable managing end-to-end campaign delivery across various channels, including email, paid media, content, events, and webinars. They will work closely with both internal stakeholders and a digital agency, using tools like HubSpot to build and manage lead nurturing workflows and report on performance metrics. This position offers the opportunity to play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping demand generation campaigns, with a clear focus on performance and ROI. Key Responsibilities Lead the full campaign lifecycle – from concept and planning through to execution, measurement, and optimisation. Translate commercial goals into effective multi-channel campaign strategies in collaboration with the Head of Performance Marketing. Manage digital and offline campaign delivery (email, paid media, content, webinars, events), ensuring alignment across teams and external partners. Build and manage automated campaign workflows and nurture programs using HubSpot. Track campaign performance across all channels and report regularly on KPIs and key insights. Maintain consistency in messaging across all marketing assets and channels. Brief creative requirements to internal teams and ensure timely delivery of all campaign materials. Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to develop a strong understanding of the target market and customer journey. Required Experience & Skills 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with a focus on demand generation or campaign management. Strong knowledge of multi-channel lead generation strategies. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaign building, automation, reporting). Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Familiarity with campaign performance tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics). Experience working with marketing agencies or external suppliers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and optimise quickly in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, enjoys cross-functional teamwork, and can manage multiple stakeholders. Process-oriented with a “test and learn” mindset, continuously seeking improvement. Campaigns delivered on time and aligned to commercial targets. Effective utilisation of HubSpot as a marketing automation and lead nurturing tool. Insightful reporting on campaign performance, driving informed marketing decisions. Demonstrable improvements in funnel performance through continuous optimisation and A/B testing.
