TheAccess and Participation Evaluation and Impact Managerwill lead on embedding an evaluative culture within Access and Participation and broader outreach activities across the School. The post-holder will implement the Higher Education Access Tracker (HEAT), train colleagues in its use, and manage enquiries, establishing effective practices for long-term engagement. They will develop evaluation frameworks to support the School in meeting its Access and Participation Plan commitments for 2025/26-2028/29. Additionally, they will support colleagues in evaluating outreach activities, work with the Public Engagement Evaluation Manager to align evaluation practices, and lead on evaluating a pilot contextual admissions programme in the Music department, liaising with stakeholders to capture evaluation and reporting requirements. We seek an experienced, enthusiastic, and creative evaluator with a keen interest in understanding outreach impact. As part of the multi-award-winning Access and Participation team, the post-holder will foster an evaluative culture, equipping colleagues with skills and resources to ensure the continued success of the School's access and outreach initiatives.
