The responsibilities of a Recruitment Officer: Liaising with the branch team to devise, advertise, implement and drive a recruitment strategy Screening and interviewing all prospective candidates Handling all recruitment administration, including references/DBS/right to work checks Arranging candidates to attend face-to-face training and complete online e-learning Delivering targeted sign-offs on a weekly basis Conduct open days and attend job fairs How to Apply To apply, please submit your most up-to-date CV.
