The role in 60 secondsRole: Managing Associate/Legal Director/Principal Director Team: Corporate Location: Flexible across our office locations Working Pattern: Full-time/Part-time/Flexible Why this role matters: This is a pivotal opportunity to work as part of an innovative and collaborative team, with a focus on supporting Private Equity portfolios and Strategic Corporate clients on all elements of their Group Development including designing and delivering bespoke acquisition and disposal programs, associated restructurings and wider related work. What you’ll doIn this role, you’ll: Play an active role in the continued success and growth of our team, alongside an impressive client list and ambition to continue building new and lasting client relationships. Work with large corporates and investment portfolios, General Counsel and law firms to design bespoke Business Transaction services to support multijurisdictional M&A and group restructurings, strategic growth/buy & build/divestment programmes and joint ventures. Take a solution-led approach, listening to clients’ challenges and understanding their businesses to provide tailored advice and bespoke, premium solutions.
