Do you have experience in warehouse and transport environments? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking an HSE Multi-SiteBusiness Partner to take responsibility for multiple sites within the UK. This role will involve providing expert HSE and Business Continuity Management (BCM) advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation. You will play a crucial role in driving business standardization and assisting with the continued adherence to our Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and other relevant HSE & BCM policies. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE: Oversee multiplesites within a cluster as defined by your Line Manager, adapting to changing business needs. Provide HSE & BCM advice, guidance, and support to enable sites to comply with statutory legislation. Drive business standardization and assist with adherence to HSMS and relevant HSE & BCM policies. Collaborate with the central HSE function to deliver functional business objectives. Coordinate and support Management teams in HSE & BCM initiatives at the sites. Manage a team of site HSE managers. THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO: Have previous health and safety responsibility in warehouse and transport environments. Are target-focused with the ability to deliver standardized programs. Possess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Have experience in driving culture change on-site, which is essential. Are willing to travel across the UK and beyond as operational requirements dictate. Hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
