Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech-enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? As part of a 24/7 shift rota, you'll play a vital role in overseeing our strategic network and facilitating smooth service transitions. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, issue resolution, and fostering effective communication with customers and various stakeholders. You will be working to meet 99.99% network availability and managing customer incidents and faults within agreed SLAs. You'll support rapid restoration of network faults prior to critical service failure where possible, ensuring that 3rd party teams remain within agreed fault management guidelines. You'll take overall proactive responsibility for technical support/issues arising within data centres, working with associated Service Desks to ensure the correct action is taken for incidents and posted to the correct resolving agency. This includes diagnostics, impact assessments, and investigating network problems using proactive management tools. What you’ll bring Understanding of network management and use of Network Management Platform tools Proven track record of successfully prioritising activities within SLA Experience in complex delivery involving multiple teams and interfaces Self-motivated with strong customer relationship skills and ability to work in a team PC literacy with Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project Recognised technical courses on related products/services CCNA minimum Approved best practice qualifications such as ITIL, ISO What’s in it for you?
