The goal is to drive partner awareness, enablement, and pipeline aligned to local market dynamics, regional business priorities, and key strategic alliances. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2–3 years of B2B or partner marketing experience, ideally in enterprise technology or SaaS. You will work closely with regional sales, global partner marketing, and field marketing teams to execute campaigns, scale enablement programs, and measure marketing performance across the partner ecosystem. This is ahands-on, execution-focusedrole that offers a broad view across our EMEA partner ecosystem -covering CSPs, GSIs, resellers, and alliances - while providing exposure to both global programs and localised field execution to fuel growth. What You’ll DoRegional Strategic PlanningAlign partner marketing programs to regional business priorities and sales goals for DACH & NEUR. Develop quarterly plans that reflect local market dynamics and partner ecosystem maturity. To-Partner Execution Drive local partner communications, onboarding, and education initiatives. Own regular communications including newsletters, platform updates, enablement content, and portal engagement.Support the delivery of onboarding materials and activation resources tailored to DACH & NEUR partners.With-Partner ExecutionPlan and execute joint marketing activities with priority partners (co-branded campaigns, regional events, webinars). Collaborate closely with Field Marketing to ensure integrated partner support for regional events and campaigns. Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution for joint demand generation programs. Through-Partner Enablement Localise and deliver scalable co-branded campaigns using global assets and frameworks. Work with global teams to adapt campaign toolkits for DACH & NEUR partners and launch them effectively. Performance Tracking Track campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement metrics. Maintain reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights to optimise partner performance. Regularly report results to internal stakeholders and recommend improvements. Partner Integration Support Support onboarding and integration of new partners into marketing systems and workflows. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are seamlessly embedded in relevant marketing programs. Localized Partner Communications Develop and maintain a regional partner communications calendar. Localise content and messaging to resonate with sales and technical audiences in the DACH & NEUR regions. Drive engagement within partner sales and technical communities through tailored content and events. What You’ll Bring2–3 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing, preferably in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software industries. Proven success in executing joint campaigns and events with partners that drive pipeline and brand awareness. Strong organisational and project management skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English; fluency in German or Dutch is a plus. Experience working with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Notion, and Tableau.
