This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for fashion, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven ability to lead and develop teams. Someone who is a real sales driver and team motivator with a background leading stores in premium fashion beauty or jewellery sectors. This innovative brand is known for its trend-led collections, confident styling, and unique approach to modern retail. With a growing store network and a loyal customer base, the brand continues to push boundaries in design and in-store experience. As Area Manager you will be responsible for the commercial and operational success of multiple stores within the designated region. They will provide strategic leadership to Store Managers, drive key performance metrics, and ensure that brand standards are consistently delivered across all locations. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences Monitor store performance and implement actions to improve profitability and efficiency Uphold brand standards in visual merchandising, customer service, and operational execution Identify talent, support succession planning, and drive staff engagement across the region Act as the key liaison between stores and head office, ensuring smooth communication and alignment Candidate Profile Proven experience in a multi-site Area management role, ideally within the premium fashion or jewellery sector Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others Commercially driven, with a track record of delivering results through strategic planning and analysis Passion for contemporary fashion and a clear understanding of today’s retail landscape Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Staff discount and uniform allowance Excellent progression opportunities within a growing brand Dynamic and creative work culture This is a key leadership opportunity for an ambitious retail professional ready to make an impact within a forward-thinking fashion brand.
