The Post’s ObjectiveTo give children residing in the setting excellent physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care; To assist other staff members in the setting; To carry out the base room’s daily schedule. The Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with other employees to run an activity program that is appropriate for the age range of the kids in your community; To maintain an accurate achievement file for parents/caregivers of your important children; Collaborate with parents or guardians of children with special needs to ensure complete integration in the environment; Encourage all employees and work as a cohesive team; Communicate with and assist parents, carers, and other relatives; To participate in activities that take place outside of regular business hours, such as training, staff meetings, and fundraising events; To be adaptable in the context of the working procedures.
