We are recruiting for an IT Tech Bar Support Engineer on a contract basis in Manchester for a leading Food and Clothing organisation. Key Skills: A continuous improvement mentality to identify and call out areas to enhance customer experience. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues. Previous experience in a Tech Bar/Walk-up Support service. Experience in handling Incidents & Requests. Microsoft Windows technical support experience. Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Suite. Competent in using and supporting Microsoft Teams. Ability to support mobile technologies (Apple and Android). Familiar with building, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops and laptops. Understanding of Azure, Autopilot, and Intune for deploying software to devices. Experience using BMC Helix to log and update tickets. Previous support experience with Apple Macs is beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
