I am looking to speak with Audit RI's to lead and develop a new audit department within a well established accountancy firm. This permanent position in Bolton and requires someone who is eager and passionate to build something of their own. Client Details This client is a long established firm in Bolton offering a variety of accountancy services and independently owned. Due to recent expansion and client success, there is a need for an Audit RI to join the team and manage the potential audit work on the table. Description Oversee and manage the full audit process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Provide technical expertise to support the team in complex accounting and finance matters. Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for service improvement. Prepare and present detailed audit reports Ensure all engagements are completed within budget and on schedule. Business Development to continue growing an audit portfolio Profile A successful Audit Director should have: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification with Responsible individual status. Proven experience in audit Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and auditing practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities. Job Offer Competitive salary in the range of £90,000 to £110,000 per annum. Permanent position with opportunities for career growth.
