Check out the following opportunities on our vacancy page: This role is an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to join our growing Oracle Fusion team where they will be instrumental in defining, designing, and governing the Bank-wide use of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and related services! A Day in the Role On any given day you will be supporting a broad range of services, which might include the following: Define and champion the architectural vision and roadmap for the enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, encompassing application, integration, data, and security layers. Planning, implementing, and driving solution delivery plans and resources and governance Working with stakeholders and third parties to understand and identify requirements and process and matching against the solution Design. Lead complex solution design efforts for enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall platform strategy and technical standards. Challenging constructively and assessing overall Design, Build and Test process and service effectiveness, and progress of the various Oracle Fusion solutions being delivered by creating/reviewing configuration designs, workflows and processes and by delivering progress reports, presentations, financials and other key management information associated with software delivery. Work with team members to define and standardize enterprise integration patterns for Oracle Fusion with other enterprise systems (on-premise and cloud) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), API Gateway, Streaming, and other OCI services. Architect comprehensive data strategies for Oracle Fusion, including data migration, data quality, master data management (MDM), and advanced analytics leveraging Oracle Reporting Solutions (e.g. FDI/OAC/BIP etc). Lead architectural governance reviews by interacting with Technical Architects and Technical Solution Designers to ensure access and security controls are adhered to and that the designs suggested are effective and can be operationalized. Internal and external stakeholder management across a diverse set of senior level collaborators who may have contending priorities Leading the Change Request Process for the SaaS delivery teams in the ERP Team and assessing their impacts on design and build and costs and timelines. You may be responsible for day-to-day management of Oracle Fusion SME's, defining roles and responsibilities, setting objectives, and defining tasks. You may be required to develop your team through sharing information effectively, coaching and communicating a clear vision to ensure that your staff are productive, engaged, and motivated to deliver the area's aimsRole Requirements This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, core SaaS modules and capabilities and PaaS services used by it, integration patterns, and security best practices. The architect will be responsible for setting technical standards, developing roadmaps, and providing expert guidance to Oracle delivery teams (internal and managed services), ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and optimized for the overall Oracle Cloud platform. We're looking for someone who has the following key skills and experience: Excellent Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial, Procurement, Projects, HCM and Reporting skills and good understanding of OCI and how SaaS solutions work alongside those PaaS resources enabled throughout the platform. Experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, with exposure to solution design responsibilities. Hands-on experience with OIC for building integrations. Working knowledge of different methods for extending Oracle Fusion (e.g., Page Composer, Visual Builder, BIP). Understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and experience with standard reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher). In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion application architectureandunderlying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services relevant to running Fusion (e.g., VCNs, Compute, Storage, IAM, Load Balancers, Gateways) A proactive self-starter who can develop and maintain effective working relationships with the business community, the wider team, partners from across the Bank and varying levels of seniority, and external suppliers. Demonstrated ability to contribute to and follow technical standards and guidelines. We are interested in hearing from candidates who have the following capabilities: Solid experience in designing data strategies for Oracle Fusion, including data migration, master data management, and using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and other OCI data services. Ability to set direction for the Oracle SaaS products in the Bank, provide authoritative guidance on the designs and roadmaps, and provide oversight to the Tech delivery teams. Exceptional problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to define long-term platform roadmaps. Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, capable of influencing and articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and executive partners. Ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation. Strong analytical skills; able to produce and report critical information and patterns from complex data, producing accurate conclusions and recommendations. It would also be beneficial, but not necessary, to have some of the following:Experience managing third parties (for augmented delivery resources) and of managing services teams. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect Professional Certification Experience with OCI API Gateway and designing RESTful APIs. Expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud pillars (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and how they integrate within an enterprise. Experience in developing and guiding other solution designers and engineers. The DES Domain is accountable for the provision of enterprise systems and services that support core business and technology functions across the Bank. It supports the following key platforms: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Platformthat includes but is not exclusive to ERP and Human Capital Management (HCM) including core HR, payroll, order processing, accounting, budgeting and resource management Power Platform and Application Cloud Servicesfor services such as core Bank-wide D365, RTGS, PRA supervision and customer contact information and insight, Azure applications including the Bank's website hosted in Azure using Kubernetes. Salary and Benefits Information We encourage flexible working, part time working and job share arrangements. Part time salary and benefits will be on a pro-rated basis as appropriate.
